Risks of Overweight and Obesity
Many people out there did not realize that they are life become risky because of uncontrolled the appetite until their body grow and growing everyday and today we known as Obese.

Weight of the body  generally increases when body burned the calories during the move less than calories that taken in from food consumed.

Being Overweight or people say Obesity can trigger another disease such as :

1.  Coronary Heart Disease (CHD)

CHD is a condition in which a waxy substance called plaque (plak) builds up inside the coronary arteries. These arteries supply oxygen-rich blood to your heart.

2.  High Blood Pressure

High Blood Pressure is the force of blood pushing against the walls of the arteries as the heart pumps blood. If this pressure rises and stays high over time, it can damage the body in many ways.

3.  Stroke

Stroke is a condition that occurs when the blood supply to the brain is cut off by a blockage or rupture of blood vessels , resulting in the death of cells in some areas of the brain. Stroke is a serious health condition that requires immediate attention.

4.  Type 2 Diabetes

Type 2 Diabetes is a metabolic disorder characterized by high blood glucose levels in the context of insulin resistance and relative insulin deficiency.

5.  Abnormal Blood Fats

If you're overweight or obese, you're at increased risk of having abnormal levels of blood fats.
High density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol - often called "good" cholesterol.
Low density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol - often called "bad" cholesterol.
For many people, abnormal cholesterol levels are partly due to an unhealthy lifestyle. 

6.  Metabolic Syndrome

Metabolic syndrome is the name for a group of risk factors that raises your risk for heart disease and other health problems, such as diabetes and stroke.

The term "metabolic" refers to the biochemical processes involved in the body's normal functioning. Risk factors are traits, conditions, or habits that increase your chance of developing a disease.

In this article, "heart disease" refers to coronary heart disease (CHD). CHD is a condition in which a waxy substance called plaque builds up inside the coronary (heart) arteries.

Plaque hardens and narrows the arteries, reducing blood flow to your heart muscle. This can lead to chest pain, a heart attack, heart damage, or even death.

7.  Cancer

Being overweight or obese raises your risk for colon, breast, endometrial, and gallbladder cancers.

8.  Osteoarthritis

Osteoarthritis is a joint disorder in which there is a change reduction in joint cartilage and bone hypertrophy occurs to form a bony protrusion on the joint surface ( osteopit ) . Complaints of joint pain is usually intermittent and relapsing- attack only a few joints .

9.  Sleep Apnea

Sleep apnea is a sleep disorder that interferes someone breathing during sleep. This condition is a serious disease, especially if left untreated, they may cause a person to stop breathing.

10. Obesity Hypoventilation Syndrome

Obesity hypoventilation syndrome (OHS) is a condition in some obese people in which poor breathing leads to lower oxygen and higher carbon dioxide levels in the blood.

11. Reproductive Problems

Abdominal fat distribution in women who are overweight or obese significantly affect hormone function and the production of hormones ( androgens and estrogens ) that play a role in ovulation. Therefore, women who are overweight or obese are more likely to experience ovulation so that menstrual irregularity becomes irregular and infertile.

12. Gallstones

Gallstones are hard pieces of stone-like material that form in the gallbladder. They're mostly made of cholesterol. Gallstones can cause stomach or back pain.
