The main symptoms of high cholesterol

High cholesterol has no symptoms. A blood test is the only way to detect high cholesterol.

  • Tightness in the neck and sore shoulders , it is because the supply of blood and oxygen is hampered by the buildup of plaque in blood vessels.
  • Frequent headaches, it is happening because of the increased cholesterol makes arteriosclerosis ( hardening of the arteries ). The flow of blood flowing to the brain is blocked.
  • very quick feel sleepy, because cholesterol constricts blood vessels and eventually close the blood vessels, blood flow that carries oxygen to the brain are blocked so that someone fast asleep. 
  • often feel weak, tired and lethargic.
  • Tingling, this occurs because the flow of blood is a clot and not smooth.


If you feel the symptoms above, and you realize that your body weight is not in good shape, you have to go to the doctors and check the cholesterol in your blood.
