Thyroid deficiency
Shortage of thyroid levels will make the fat in the body is very difficult to be melted or burned so that fat accumulation continues to occur. Thyroid deficiency in tuuh also resulted in an increased appetite especially in foods containing high fat. This event is often experienced by women which resulted in the slow movement of the body's metabolism.

Shortage of Essential Fatty Acids
Women do tend to have a problem with obesity. Moreover, if the body is experiencing a shortage of good fats such as essential fatty acids producing a hormone that serves to care for and maintain the body's metabolism.

In the period of menopause
Menoupouse period or menstrual period is no longer in women typically reduce the production of hormones that are owned. In some women who had menopause, their appetite increases. This is the one that will affect the weight that is owned.

Disorders Experiencing Kartisol
Increased hormone production kartisol resulted in increased accumulation of fat in the body, especially in the abdomen, face, or shoulders.

Women taking oral contraceptives or birth control pills tend to be obese in her body. This is because of the change of hormones as well as an increase in hormones that affect appetite increased.

Increased appetite and result in uncontrolled blood sugar imbalance. This resulted into increased body weight. Increased levels of insulin in the blood makes a person often hungry and always eager to want to eat.

Being pregnant or breastfeeding
Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding typically experience weight gain significantly. This is because women always receive food to meet the nutritional intake for women themselves and also the needs of the fetus in the womb.
