Diet with water is still the choice of many dieters to help lose their weight. The Drinking Water contains zero calories so it is good for the body. Drinking Water have many benefits for the human body, which are to maintain freshness, aid digestion and remove toxins.

Many people assume that just by drinking water without consuming any other food can lose weight, that is not right. Consumption of other food is still needed as a source of energy but we must understand what kind of  food that match for diet.

Diet with drinking water is very simple :

Step 1
Drink at least eight glasses of water every day . By regularly consume 8 glasses of water every day to help kidneys and liver work. In addition, to make the body's metabolism is maintained so that it will maintain stable of body weight.

Step 2

Drink two glasses of water before meals . Two glasses of water before a meal can lead to full effect . So you will not excessive eating.
